Retrofit Installer

Becoming a Retrofit Installer is a great place to start your career in the weatherization industry. As a retrofit installer, you will be implementing all the energy efficient improvements recommended by our energy auditors. As part of the crew, you will be the "backbone" of the company to ensure the improvements are installed properly according to BPI (Building Performance Institute) standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install energy efficient upgrades in single-family homes and multi-family properties
• Services include but not limited to: attic or wall insulation, air sealing, duct sealing and repair

Must Possess:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to our office
• Minimum of high school diploma

Personal Attributes:

• Good communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Ability to work in groups as well as independently
• Positive attitude
• Good work ethic
• Construction or HVAC experience preferred but not required

Compensation and Position Details:

• $16-18 hourly depending on experience
